Terms and Conditions – Mil Win Pakistan Online Betting Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and Mil Win ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to your use of milwin.im and all related services, features, games, promotions and payment facilities provided through the Mil Win platform.

Access to and use of Mil Win is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms without modification. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Mil Win you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Mil Win applies strict age verification and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned to the deposit source where legally possible.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, contractor or immediate family member of a Mil Win employee or partner.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or exclusion request previously submitted to Mil Win.
• Your use of the platform must not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

Mil Win reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one active Mil Win account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts for any reason — including to access multiple welcome bonuses, to bypass a suspension, or to circumvent responsible gaming limits — is strictly prohibited. Mil Win uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations.

When registering your Mil Win account you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name as shown on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Mil Win account password and login credentials. Mil Win will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Mil Win support immediately.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on Mil Win are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Mil Win does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to any person other than the account holder.

The minimum deposit at Mil Win is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. There is no deposit fee charged by Mil Win. Any transaction charges applied by your payment provider are outside Mil Win's control and are your responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Mil Win balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit does not credit automatically, please contact support with your transaction reference before submitting a second deposit.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at Mil Win are processed to verified payment methods registered in your own name. Mil Win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that differ from those used to deposit. You must complete the KYC verification process before withdrawals above Rs 50,000 per transaction can be processed.

Standard withdrawal processing times at Mil Win are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 15 minutes for amounts under Rs 1,00,000.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): Typically within the same business day for requests received before 5:00 PM PKT.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Mil Win does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are separate from Mil Win's processing. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

Mil Win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. In such cases, processing may take up to 5 business days and may require submission of additional identification documents. Players will be notified of any delay via their registered email address.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Mil Win offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. In the event of a conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotional term takes precedence for that specific offer.

Unless otherwise stated, all Mil Win bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly before any bonus is claimed.

• Bonuses are credited to your Mil Win bonus balance and are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household and payment method.
• Mil Win reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it has been obtained through fraudulent means, including account duplication or payment method manipulation.
• Bonuses have an expiry period that begins from the date of credit. Any bonus balance not wagered within this period will be removed automatically.
• Mil Win may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active player bonuses already claimed will not be retroactively altered.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at Mil Win are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet you accept these rules in full. Key general provisions include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change between selection and confirmation — Mil Win will notify you if the odds change materially before confirming your bet.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed except where Mil Win's in-play cash-out feature is explicitly available for that market.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, suspended or cancelled, Mil Win's settlement rules for that sport apply. Affected bets are typically voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• For cricket matches, Mil Win follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected results where applicable.
• Mil Win reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by obvious price errors, data feed errors or circumstances indicating that a result was predetermined.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed on the relevant betting slip. Mil Win reserves the right to limit bet acceptance for specific players or markets.

Cricket betting at Mil Win — including PSL, Pakistan internationals and other domestic competitions — follows the rules of the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or the relevant domestic cricket board) as the authoritative source for official match results.

8. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available at Mil Win — including slots, live casino tables, crash games and virtual games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Mil Win does not modify game logic, payout structures or RTP settings for any game.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the relevant game provider. Mil Win cannot influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the result that the game server recorded at the point of disconnection is treated as the final result. Reconnecting to a session that has already resolved does not entitle the player to a replay of that round.
• Crash games at Mil Win use a Provably Fair system. The crash point for each round is generated from a cryptographic hash committed to before the betting window opens. Players may verify any round result independently using the seed values provided in the game interface.
• For live casino games, the decision of the live dealer (and any video recording thereof) is final in the event of a dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits apply per round and Mil Win reserves the right to adjust them without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mil Win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on Mil Win under any name, email address or payment method.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the Mil Win platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt activity relating to sporting events offered on Mil Win.
• Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a Mil Win account.
• Money laundering through the deposit and withdrawal of funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your Mil Win account.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in coordination with other accounts or through artificial wagering activity.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Mil Win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Provision of false or inaccurate information at registration or during verification.
• Suspected engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or request from a law enforcement authority.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Mil Win account may do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to any pending investigations or outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances.

11. Responsible Gaming

Mil Win is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available in your account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set time period has elapsed during a gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from Mil Win with no possibility of reactivation for a minimum period.

All responsible gaming limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits may be subject to a cooling-off period of up to 7 days before they become active. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reversed by contacting support.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Mil Win uses your personal data to verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with regulatory obligations and communicate with you about your account and available promotions where you have opted in to marketing communications. Your data is never sold to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

Mil Win provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party service outages and circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mil Win's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Mil Win is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.
• Technical failures in third-party game software or payment processing systems.
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms limits Mil Win's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Mil Win may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to their registered address and/or by an in-platform notification the next time they log in. The revised Terms will show an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any revision to these Terms, you have the right to close your Mil Win account and withdraw any real-money balance before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
